Natalie Miller
Elementary & Middle School Math
A 20-year resident of West Sonoma County, Natalie has spent the past four years substitute teaching across the county and is pursuing her Foundational-Level Mathematics Teaching Credential. She specializes in helping elementary and middle school students strengthen their math skills, overcome challenges, and build a positive, confident attitude toward learning, living for those “aha!” moments when a concept finally clicks.

Andy Spring
Reading, Writing & Performance
A lifelong Petaluma resident, Andy earned a B.A. in Literature with a concentration in Creative Writing from UC Santa Cruz, then studied screenwriting and acting at the Los Angeles Performing Arts Conservatory. He's completing his teaching credential through the Sonoma County Office of Education's “Be a Teacher” program and is dedicated to helping the next generation of students find their unique voice.

Tim Arapov
Biology & Chemistry
A Healdsburg-based science teacher and researcher with a PhD in molecular microbiology, Tim spent years in the lab as a Principal Scientist in food science and a researcher at Duke before earning his teaching credential in Biology and Chemistry. He tutors at the high school and intro-college level, breaking hard concepts into plain language so students truly understand the material instead of just memorizing it. A former English learner himself, he's patient and meets students where they are.
